Ahhh a new year with a new twist on one of my favorites. 
I'm happy to NOT be doing any more holiday cakes for the moment. 
A variation on the flame cake I made for D to take to her dinner party last week. 
I think the one I made for D was prettier but what the hell, this was something NEW!Here's To A New Year!
Last night was by far the BEST New Year's Eve I've had in a hell of a long time. Good food, good friends, fun games and my sweetie with me. 2008 is going to be a fabulous year.
